Si construimos un triángulo equilátero en base a \( AD \) y prolongamos el segmento \( CB \) tenemos:

Como \( \triangle{DFC} \) y \( \triangle{DBF} \) son isósceles y \( AB \) es bisectriz de \( \widehat{DBF} \) y \( \widehat{DAF} \), el vértice \( F \) debe ser común al triángulo equilátero y a \( \triangle{DFC} \), por tanto el triángulo \( \triangle {AFC} \) es también isósceles. De donde:
\( \widehat{FCA} = 40^o \Longrightarrow{} x = 180^o - (80^o+40^o) = 60^o \)
