Hola
A ver, si \( z=\rho \cdot e^{i\theta} \) entonces \( |z|=\rho, arg(z)=\theta \)
Entonces pon base y exponente en forma exponencial (basta solamente con la base). Y trata de poner el resultado de forma en que puedas identificar directamente el módulo y el argumento.
Saludos
Algo así? Sea $$z=(-2+2i)^{(-3-4i)}$$
$$
-2+2i=2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}(-\frac{1}{{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}}+\frac{i}{{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}})=2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}e^{3\pi i/4}\rightarrow (-2+2i)^{(-3-4i)}=({2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}e^{3\pi i/4}})^{(-3-4i)}=e^{3\pi}(2 {\color{red}{\sqrt 2}})^{(-3-4i)}e^{-9\pi i/4}
$$
Luego se me viene a la mente lo siguiente, pero no estoy seguro
$$
(2 {\color{red}{\sqrt 2}})^{(-3-4i)}=e^{(-3-4i)\ln 2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}}=e^{-3\ln 2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}}e^{-(4\ln 2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}})i}\Rightarrow |z|=e^{3\pi-3\ln 2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}}}=\frac{e^{3\pi}}{16\sqrt 2}\wedge \mathrm{Arg}(z)=-\frac{9\pi}{4}-4\ln 2{\color{red}{\sqrt 2}} +(2\pi)(2)\approx 1.34 \in]-\pi,\pi[
$$
entonces ese sería el argumento principal.
